Responsible for all aspects of Club vehicle purchase, upfit and sale including detailed record keeping and establishing vehicle purchase budget. Responsible for the Club’s vehicle maintenance and repair operation. Establishes standard operating procedures, performance standards, monitors and manages staff performance to ensure maximum efficiency and up time.   


  • Maintains open communication with Business Lines to identify and understand vehicle purchasing requirements including number, type and lead time required for the delivery of new vehicles. Researches new vehicle types, new technologies and options that support business needs and makes recommendations for purchases based on established replacement cycles. 
  • Coordinates all aspects of the vehicle acquisition and deployment process including development of Request for Proposals, obtaining pricing and quotes from multiple vendors, tracking of orders, coordination and inspection of vehicles on delivery.  Reviews, evaluates and makes recommendations for the approval of contract specifications for the issuing and awarding of bids 
  • Maintains detailed reports that includes vehicle counts, types, special equipment and locations for current fleet and and pending purchases. 
  • Coordinates the sale or disposal of replaced vehicle assets including establishing relationships with dealers, Contractor Network and auctions; maintains a list of available vehicles for sale; recommends selling price based on market data; coordination of transport of vehicles to auctions or dealers; processing of all sales transaction paperwork; collection of sales revenue and maintenance of reports related to disposal activities.   
  • Ensures uninterrupted business operation by maintaining vehicle registrations, safety inspections and special permits current and in compliance with local, state and DOT regulations.  
  • Oversees staff responsible for maintenance and repair of Club owned vehicles. Established standard operating procedures for all aspects of vehicle maintenance including safety, maintenance intervals for all preventative maintenance, standard maintenance and repair parts and equipment and shop equipment maintenance and replacement. 
  • Establishes performance standards and goals for shop staff including productivity, quality, safety and required certification and professional credentials. Coordinates training, professional development and coaching. 






Associates degree and 5+ years of relevant experience required

ASE or equivalent certifications preferred



5 years of relevant experience in Fleet Management & Vehicle Procurement & Sales
