Owner of Adobe Workfront; DAM development; oversees intake process/forms; regularly identifies areas of improvement in production workflows
Oversees cross-club adoption and integration of Adobe Workfront, including licenses, training, troubleshooting, and championing the system
Assist with cross-system integrations between Creative Cloud, Workfront and AEM
Provides analytics and reports on resource allocation for projects
Assist with asset ingestion and archiving from completed projects into AEM
Build and manage project workflow, deadlines, resources and schedules for Brand & Content initiatives.
Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing or related field or 5 to 8 years of experience in lieu of degree
7+ years of relevant experience
2+ years of leading a team
Skills & Abilities
Experience with Adobe marketing products preferred
Experience using a Digital Asset Management system to gather, track and deliver assets
Comfortable creating content calendars and reporting on progress to team members and executives alike.
Ability to organize and manage around tight deadlines
Must have cross-functional experience and strong communication skills Must be self-motivated and a self-starter.
Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud software (Illustrator, Photoshop, lnDesign mainly)
Experience with WordPress and content management.
Experience with Salesforce - email studio, marketing cloud etc. (is a plus)
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Ability to operate a computer/mobile device with relevant software applications.
