In collaboration with the District Manager, manages the daily branch activities and oversees the delivery of customer service across member services for all business lines in the branch. Ensures that Branch Operations works to achieve profit and growth goals as directed by the District Manager. This is a second shift opening ilocated in Providence RI. Hours are Monday - Thursday 3:00PM - 11:30PM, Friday 10AM - 6:30PM   Provides technical support to end users on a variety of issues; responds to telephone calls, and other requests for technical support; identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems regarding software and computer equipment; tracks and monitors problems to ensure timely resolution; keeps end users apprised of status of requests; utilizes Five Diamond customer service skills in all interactions.

Acts as the specialist for air bookings for Travel Advisor inquires and club business travel. Responsible for troubleshooting and reporting errors in the air booking system. Provides suggestions for improvement in processes. Has a thorough understanding of airline policies and procedures and implements accordingly. This role is responsible for generating outbound retention calls and mailings to grow Club membership totals. Additionally, this role services inbound calls by aiding in problem resolution and provides clerical support to the department. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
