Under general supervision; recommends, facilitates, and executes marketing strategies to achieve marketing goals. Responsible for ensuring all aspects of campaign across channels are complete, as listed in below. Position specializes in the new AAA Visa program with focus on new account growth and retaining cardholders, delivering Five Diamond service during all business transactions.

Receives incoming calls for roadside assistance on behalf of contracted automobile companies. Processes requests and gathers required information in order to provide timely service. Answers callers questions and provides detailed information on road service products and services; provides Five Diamond Customer service to encourage member retention, renewal and new membership sales.

Educates and instructs students with a driver’s license to improve their driving skills in the safe operation of motor vehicles in a classroom setting.  Instructs drivers to improve on their safe driving techniques.  Assists with the development of classroom training curriculum and provides Five Diamond Service in all interactions.       

Provides actionable insights to business operations through data modeling and analysis to streamline decision-making, strategy creation, and tactical execution. Works directly with internal customers to understand the business environment and needs. Design, develop, and produce statistical and other analytic reports.
