You will work alongside our Salesforce Administrator to collaborate on specifications based on stakeholder requirements, validate the proposals, and deliver the solutions.   This role comes with the potential to grow and manage your own team of developers over time.

Multiple full-time Tow Truck Operator (Flatbed or Wrecker) and Battery Service / Driver positions available primarily out of our North Andover MA location.   Compensation:  $22.40 / hour base pay (Tow/Flatbed) and $21.85 / hour + commissions (Battery Service), along with full benefits & incentives.  ** Additional $2.00 per hour overnight differential added on any hours worked between 10pm and 6am. Additional $1 per hour weekend differential for any weekend hours worked.  Additional $1 per hour evening differential for any hours worked between 6pm and 10pm.  Differentials CAN be combined!   As a AAA Roadside Technician, you will be responsible for providing safe, best-in-class roadside solutions for AAA members.  Flatbed & Tow drivers are responsible for responding to member requests for roadside assistance.  They ensure member safety, vehicle security, and education to members on possible vehicle issues. In this role, you will provide minor mechanical assistance in an attempt to get the member’s vehicle safely back on the road.  If not successful, you will then safely tow the disabled vehicle to a member requested destination.  You will be considered a hero to several people each and every day!

The role of Public Affairs Manager is vital to fostering the connection between AAA Northeast’s work and values with the public, shaping the way we are perceived as a brand.   Under the direction of the Vice President of Public Affairs, the Public Affairs Manager will oversee all public and government affairs activities, initiatives and campaigns in the Massachusetts market. The Manager will act as the face of AAA Northeast as our Massachusetts media spokesperson by communicating the Club’s position clearly and effectively to internal and external audiences. In addition, he/she will monitor, analyze and communicate legislation related to core issues critical to AAA Northeast. The Public Affairs Manager is our lobbyist, directing all state legislative, political and lobbying activities for the club in Massachusetts and collaborating with multi-state government, public affairs, and marketing teams to drive effective cross-market engagement. This individual will also cultivate strong relationships within the political community, media, the public and our business partners.
